Carrie Loper is President and CEO of Global Elite Insurance. She began working in the insurance business at an early age of seventeen.  Carrie also worked in property inspection, utilizing her General Contractor and Builder relationships to gain knowledge and expertise in property insurance. She also attended real estate courses at Miami Dade College and worked a second job assisting a mortgage broker with loan modifications for homeowners. She later joined the Florida Building Commission to stay informed of the latest building code changes.

Having become an expert in property insurance, Carrie began teaching seminars for other agents on personal insurance products, personal and commercial Citizens insurance products, construction and property replacement cost valuations. Then in September of 2012, she decided to open her own agency, founded on the very principles that have made her so successful. Carrie is also an advocate for charity organizations like Chapman Partnership for the homeless, Happy Hearts Fund and Center for Biological Diversity. Carrie grew up on a farm in Redland, FL.
